2 night camel trekking in merzouga

Day 1: Camel Ride – Sunset – Night in Desert Camp 

Your journey begins in Merzouga village near the sand dunes. In the evening, your camel trek starts, and you’ll enjoy riding for about one hour and a half. Along the way to the desert camp, your camel guide will stop at a scenic spot for you to admire the sunset. Upon arriving at the camp, you’ll be greeted with a cup of tea and time to relax. Enjoy a wonderful dinner and gather around the campfire for an evening of stories and music.

Day 2: Sunrise – High Dune – Visit Nomadic Family – Berber Pizza – Sandboarding 

Wake up early to catch the breathtaking sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast at the camp, you’ll either ride camels or walk to the highest sand dune in Erg Chebbi. Climb to the top for a stunning panoramic view of the dunes. Continue your camel ride to visit a nomadic family in the desert and enjoy lunch, including Berber Pizza, either with the nomads or in the shade of a tree. After lunch, ride back to the camp and spend the afternoon walking in the dunes and trying sandboarding. Enjoy another night at the camp with dinner, campfire, and music.

Day 3: Camel Ride Back to the Village 

On the final day, ride your camel back to Merzouga village after witnessing the sunrise. This concludes your two-night adventure in the Merzouga desert.
